Early Life: Dovie was born April 19, 1940, in Sarah, Mississippi, to William Francis Berry and Connie Beatrice Frazier Berry. Dovie graduated from Bountiful High School.
Life's Work | Service | Interests: She married David Williams Glines on January 15, 1960; they were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. Dovie will be remembered most for her dedication to her husband and children, her selfless service to all she knew, and her unwavering faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ. She served three missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with her companion in New Zealand, Ghana, and the Provo Mission Office. Dovie Glynn Berry Glines passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 2, 2017. She was 77.
Survived By: Her eternal companion, David W. Glines; her children: Susan (Mike) Olsen, Jeff Glines, Stephen (Rebecca) Glines, Julia (Rick) Erickson, and James (Denice) Glines; 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and one great grandchild due in April 2018; her two brothers: Casper (MaryAnn), Russell (Sherry); two sisters: Nina Gardner, Shirley Welch; and brother-in-law, Ken Burt.
Preceded In Death By: Her parents, sister, Carol Burt; and granddaughter, Brittny Glines.
