Born March 23, 1966, he resided in Adams County most of his life. He is the son of Dorothy J. Boggs and the late Raymond P. Boggs.
He worked for many years for C J Miller LLC in Hampstead, Md., where he was a fine grader.
More recently, he worked with autistic young adults as a community inclusion specialist with Focus Behavioral Health in Hanover. He enjoyed forging metal, spending time outdoors including collecting rocks, restoring his vintage Jeep and bringing smiles to people's faces. He was a true friend to so many
He is survived by the love of his life Jennifer Terry; daughter Carina Boggs (Zac Taylor) and future granddaughter Aurora Taylor; sisters, Marcia Weigand (Peter), and Ann Hackenberg; brother Dennis Boggs (Lucretia); and stepchildren, Alexis Clark, Elizabeth Klinedinst, and Nick Dolittle.
A celebration of Tom's life will be held at their home Oct. 14 at 5 p.m.
