After a short but hard fought battle with cancer, she passed away peacefully on August 25, 2017.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt and she will be greatly missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Brabandt, and her brother, Glen Brabandt.
She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Allen Barrow, her daughter Alanna (Mike) Williams-Sedwick, son Ross Barrow, daughter Candace (Clayton) Schaefer, son Justin Barrow, daughter Diane Townsend.
She was grandmother to twelve grandchildren: Diamond, Violet, Destiny, Lexis, Michael, Annissa, Madison, MaKenna, Casey, Calvin, Tyrone Jr., and Lila.
She is also survived by her mother Georgie Ann Brabandt and mother-in-law Anna Galloway, her brother Ray (Sandra) Brabandt, and sisters Janet Castens, Grace Hopson, Nora Maxey, Sharon (Monty) Meredith and Debbie Brabandt, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial will be held Saturday, September 30, at 2 p.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Walburg, followed by a celebration of life at Ace’s in Granger.
