Neva Jo Roberts, 90, of Bowie went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 26, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, September 30, in the chapel of White Family Funeral Home in Bowie, Texas. Services officiated by Mike Henson.

Neva was born on June 23, 1927 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Henry L. and Dena (Cowan) Anderson. She was married to Alvin E. Roberts, and lived her life as a homemaker while raising their three children. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Bowie, and a member of the Faith Class to the church as well. Neva enjoyed spending her time gardening, sewing, doing jigsaw puzzles, she was also an avid sports fan.
She is survived by her Son Roy Roberts and wife Phyllis; and daughters Terry Lee Roberts and Tina Gilland and husband Steve; brother Billy Don Anderson and wife Elaine; sister Patsy Montgomery; grandchildren Shane Roberts and wife Libby, Spencer Gilland and wife Angela, Suzanne Hull and husband Matt; Great-grandchildren Ellie and Wren Roberts, Parker and Morgan Gilland, Neva and Emma Hull.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and two sisters.
The family would like to send a special thanks to Kay Montgomery.
