She was born Wednesday, December 10, 1924 in Hanover, PA to Walter N. and Ruth Eppley Billett.
Janet was retired from the State Employment Office after 20 years of service.
Janet was the widow of her beloved husband, Edward P. Miller and the devoted mother of Cynthia Pindar and her husband Edward, of Warminster and Victoria Wenger and her husband Ronald, of Dillsburg. In addition to her daughters, Janet is survived by her two sisters, Doris Kann, of Bellevue, WA and Margaret Ensminger (Gerald), of Red Lion, PA. Her four grandchildren; Andrea Levin (Matt), Chad Pindar (Meredith), Jared Wenger (Carol) and Trevor Wenger (Lori). Her six great-grandchildren; Austin and Aidan Wenger, Sean and Ryan Levin and Collin and Alexandra Pindar.
Services will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017, 2:00 pm , at the Cocklin Funeral Home,Inc., 30 N. Chestnut Street, Dillsburg, PA. A viewing will be held Thursday, from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dillsburg, PA.
