Betty Jo Coleman Livingston, 72, of Thomasville passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at her residence. Betty was born August 6, 1945 to the late Beatrice Mazelle Coleman in Horry County, S.C. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had a love for gardening, animals and traveling. Along with her mother she was preceded in death by her precious grandmother Ollie Millis; one brother-in-law John "Big Wood" Livingston. Surviving is her husband B.J. "Jerry" Livingston of the home; one son, Jason Livingston and wife April; two daughters, Sandra Livingston Hanlon and husband Hugh, Tammy Lynn Livingston; three sisters, Margaret Kepley, Arlene Hicks, Jackie Watts; four grandchildren, Zachary Livingston and wife Tiffany, Madison Hanlon, Lauren Hanlon, Allison Blankenship; one great-grandson Tucker Livingston. A Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the J.C. Green and Sons Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Huey Turner officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 12:30-2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
