Iva Jean Brown Church, 86, of Kimball, TN, died Saturday, September 16, 2017, at a local nursing home.

The daughter of the late Spencer Burton Brown and Nellie Jane Fredrick Brown she was a member of the Eastern Star and the Gum Springs Congregational Methodist Church.

She was also preceded in death by her husband of sixty-six years, Martin Church, Jr., 4 sisters, Annie Belle Brown, Mildred Meeks, Lucy Nelene Rogers and Susie Mae Childers, and four brothers, Clarence Edward Brown, James Brown, Howard Brown and Leon Brown, and son-in-law, Pete Wilkerson.

She is survived by four children, Brenda Wilkerson, of Kimball, TN, James (Terri) Church, Jerry (Martha) Church both of South Pittsburg, and Beverly (Jim) Lee of Stevenson, AL; nine grandchildren, Kelly Wilkerson, Lonnie (Kristin) Wilkerson both of Nashville, TN, Amy (Drew) Carver, of South Pittsburg, TN, David (Joni) Church, of Kimball, TN, Matthew (Brett) Church, Abby (Matt) Massengale, all of South Pittsburg, TN, Derrick Rogers of Ann Arbor, MI, Dustin Rogers of Hixson, TN and Corey Rogers of Stevenson, AL; twelve great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lewis Brown and William Duke Brown, both of Coalmont, TN, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at 2:00 pm central time on Monday, September 18, 2017, with Rev. Ronnie Case officiating. Interment will follow at Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday from 4-7 pm central time at the funeral home.
