Funeral services for Mrs. Reesa Suggs of Sylvester, who died Monday at Worth County Hospital, were held today at 3 pm at Acorn Pond Baptist Church. The Rev. Jim Britt officiated. Burial was in Odom Cemetery.
Born Feb. 26, 1904 in Thomas County. Mrs. Suggs was the daughter of Jimmy Murphy and Lizzie Kennedy Murphy. She had lived in Worth County 22 years and was the widow of Charlie Green Suggs who died in 1956.
Survivors are: two sons, Charlie Wade Suggs of Poulan and Kenneth Suggs of Perry: eight daughters, Mrs. Mattie Lou Ogletree of Tifton, Miss Annie Bell Suggs, Mrs. Dorothy Conoly and Miss Lois Suggs, all of Sylvester, Ms. Jimmie
