Christine A. Muniz 76, of Sebring passed away at her home on Sunday September 3, 2017 surrounded by her family. Christine was born in Alliance on June 21, 1941 the daughter of the late Peter and Dorothy (Speaks) Zucchero. She retired from Sebring Local Schools after 28 years of service. Christine worked as a volunteer at Alliance Community Hospital, she enjoyed sewing and quilting and was a member of the Goshen Township Schoolhouse Stitchers, Christine loved canning, traveling to historical places and reading. Above all things she loved her family and friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

Christine is survived by her husband of 28 years Ramon Muniz, her children; William (Laura) Halterman of Colorado, James Halterman of Akron, Ramon (Denise) Muniz of Leetonia, Lonnie (Tammie) Muniz of Salem, Gina (Garry) Evans of Salem, Shelly (Scott) Weiland of Ravenna, Denise (Ed) Baddeley of North Georgetown, and Jennifer (Bobbie) Bircher of Alliance. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; Tyler Evans, Jacob, Zack, and Mitch Baddeley, Jessica Halterman, Nikki Halterman, Nicole Miller, Amber Brink, Josh and Melissa Muniz, Devon, Colin, and Shane Bircher, several great grandchildren, a brother John Richard Zucchero of Las Vegas, and a sister Janet (Doug) Smith of California.

A private family graveside service will be held at Mount Union Cemetery in Alliance.
