YORK William J.H. Reichert, 75, died Thursday, March 8, 2007, at Co lonial Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. He was the husband of Joyce E. (Erhman) Reichert. A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 11, at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York, with the Rev. Lou Ann Jones officiating. A visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the chapel. Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Friends and family should meet at the entrance of the cemetery at 9:45 a.m. Monday. Born May 29, 1931, in Abbottstown, a son of the late Ernie and Lottie Reichert, he was a farmer for P.H. Glatfelter for 29 years and also worked for C.P. Cromer Trucking Co. He was an avid hunter and a member of Adams County Coon and Beagle Club. In addition to his wife, Mr. Reichert is survived by two sons, William J.H. Reichert, Jr. of Thomasville and Robert B. Reichert of Windsor; two daughters, Melinda E. Lebo of Gardners and Cindi A. Clapper of Norfolk, Va.; seven grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren; a brother, Philip Reichert of Spring Grove; and nieces and nephews.
