Maude M. Cole, 84, Eastlawn, died this morning, Oct. 28, at the Allen County Hospital.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Waugh-Yokum and Friskel Memorial Chapels.

Graveside service for Maude M. Cole, 84, East Lawn, whose death was reported in Friday's Register, will be Monday, October 31, at 11 a.m. in Highlkand Cemetery.

Mrs. Cole was a lifetime resident of Iola, born Dec. 29, 1898, the daughter of George and Lillie (Dalton) Hufferd. On June 15, 1915, she married C.N. Cole. He proceded her in death May 4, 1976.

She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Neil R. of Iola and Charles John of Americus; three sisters, Cora Garver and Leona Britt, both of Iola, and Lula Smith, Portland, Ore.; 18 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Waugh-Yokum Chapel until the service. Waugh-Yokum and Friskel Memorial Chapels are in charge of arrangements.
