After graduating from high school in Delight, Reda attended Harding University in Searcy. A former legal secretary and employee of Southwest Industries, she and her husband Ray moved from North Little Rock to Rose Bud in 1977. Reda entered the real estate business as a licensed real estate agent with Brock Real Estate in Heber Springs, where she was affiliated for five years, and with Lake City Realty for three years. Reda then became a real estate broker, operating Reda Hoisager Realty. Upon her retirement due to rheumatoid arthritis, her husband Ray continued to be her loving caregiver for several years. Reda was a member of the Church of Christ. She especially loved being a "mamaw" to her three grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Reda was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn Stafford.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ray Hoisager of Rose Bud; one daughter, Gayle Ramsey of North Little Rock; one son, David Hoisager and wife Pat of Rose Bud; three grandchildren, Nicolas Ramsey, Nathan Ramsey, and Lauren Hoisager; and three nieces, Evon Weatherford, Gloria Jenkins, and Judy Gresh. Reda is also survived by other relatives and her many friends.
