Redding Record Searchlight (CA) - November 9, 1994. Deceased Name: Jean Conner. LEWISTON - Services for Jean E. Conner, 67, of Lewiston will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at Lewiston Community Church. The Rev. Jim Curran of the church and the Women of the Moose Lewiston Chapter 1474 will officiate. Mrs. Conner died Friday, Nov. 4, 1994, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding. Born Oct. 17, 1927, in Los Angeles, she moved to Trinity County in 1946. She was a technician at the Lewiston Fish Hatchery and worked in housekeeping at Trinity Hospital. She was a member of Lewiston Community Church, Douglas City Fire Belles, Women of the Moose Lewiston Chapter 1474, Evening Star Rebekah Lodge 35, Trinity County Historical Society, Lewiston Garden Club, Lewiston Lions Club, Lewiston Chamber of Commerce and Friends of the Lewiston Old School House Library.
Survivors include sister Senta Coots of Redding; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to Lewiston Community Church Building and Bus Fund, P.O. Box 172, Lewiston, Calif., 96052.
