J.L. BEGERMAN, 64 SUCCUMBS TODAY
Resident of Linton is Taken by Death This Morning.
J.L. "Bud" Begerman, 64 years old, died at 5:45 o'clock this morning in his home at 409 Sixth street southeast. Mr Begerman had been a resident of the city of Linton for only a short time, but had spent most of his life in this community. He had moved to the city from southwest of here. He was 64 years, nine months, and 29 days of age. He is survived by the widow, Mrs Naomi Begerman; six daughters Mrs. Zella Moore Linton; Mrs. Geneva Figg of Merom; Mrs. Ruth Chambers of Anderson; Mrs.Violet Lee of Switz City and Verna and Imogene, at home; two sons, Hubert and Ernest, both in the U. S. Army, and one brother, James Begerman of Linton rural route. The body of the deceased was taken to the Newkirk Funeral home at Pleasantville and is being returned to the family residence. Funeral arrangements had not been completed today pending receipt of word from the two sons who are serving in the Army. They are to be announced later.
