PATRICIA J WHITE, 82, passed away Wednesday Oct 12, 2016 at Covington Manor Nursing Center Fort Wayne.
Born in Portland IN Patricia was the daughter of the late Franklin and Lucile Sasser.
She worked with Lincoln Life and Deaflink during her working years. She was an active advocate on behalf of the Fort Wayne Deaf Community Organizations. She attended Indiana School for the Deaf. During her time there, she built many lifelong relationships with others. Patricia was a very skilled card player especially Euchre. She enjoyed watching sports, and the holidays, as she would dress for the season. She loved her family and cherished her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband of Fort Wayne; son of Fort Wayne and daughter of Angola; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Alice Brockman.
Service is 11 am Saturday Oct. 22, 2016 at DO McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home 8325 Covington Road with calling one hour prior. The Rev David Mitchell officiating. Calling also from 4 to 8 pm Friday Oct 21, 2016 at the funeral home.
