Harold Edell Cone, 80, of Summerville, husband of Carol Hill Cone, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at his residence.

Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 12 to 1 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral Service will begin at 1 o’clock in the James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Rigby Cemetery, Bowman, SC.

Mr. Cone was born May 17, 1937, son of the late John Cleveland Cone and Allean Smith Cone. He served in the United State Air Force. He was retired from Limehouse and Sons. He was of Baptist Faith.

Survived by his wife Carol, sons: Hal Cone (Gale) of Aiken, SC, Mark H. Cone (Sherry) of Summerville; daughters: Sidney Murray (Todd) of Grover, SC and Mikell Tupper (Edward) of Summerville; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; brother: Paul Cone (Dot) and sisters: Patsy Douglas, Dixie Moran (Wally), Sue Glover (Randy), Sharon Limehouse. He was predeceased by one sister: Bootsie Cherry.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Dorchester Children in Crisis, 303 E. Richardson Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483.
