YORK HAVEN Ralph F. Bupp, 86, of Newberry Township, died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home. He was the husband of the late Kathryn I. (Lauer) Bupp. He was born February 2, 1921, in Springettsbury Township, a son of the late Paul and Ethel (Plowman) Bupp. He was retired from the York Haven Hydroelectric Plant of Met Ed. He was a member of the Met Ed Retirees Club, the James Danner Post #537 Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion. His Masonic affiliations include Zeredatha Lodge No. 451, Free and Accepted Masons; Tall Cedars of Lebanon; and the York County Shrine Club. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, and was a recipient of the European African Middle Eastern Service Medal. Mr. Bupp is survived by a daughter, Judy Ann Richcreek of York Haven; four grandchildren, Daryl Kyle, Angela Kyle, Sam Richcreek, and Robin Richcreek; four great-grandchildren, Kimberly Richcreek, Sami Richcreek, Jacob Richcreek, and Donavon Kyle; a brother, Glenn Bupp of Red Lion; and two sisters, Evelyn Cutler of Shrewsbury and Charlotte Bievenour of York. Funeral services are scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 S. Main St., Manchester. Viewing will be 3 to 4 p.m. Burial will be in Paddletown Cemetery in Newberrytown, with military rites presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.
