A. Jaceson Shook of Yardville passed away Monday, at home. He was 60.

Born in Trenton and raised in Jobstown, Jaceson was a Yardville resident for the past 23 years.

A 1975 graduate of Northern Burlington High School, he was a member of the U.S. Naval Reserve 'Seabees' and was employed with Mershon Concrete for more than 30 years.

Jaceson was an avid hunter and loved riding his Harley. He enjoyed discussing politics, and loved and cherished his family.

Son of the late Abner and Leona Sinclair Shook; son-in-law of the late Robert and Dorothy Davidson; and brother of the late Boyd and Alvin Shook, he is survived by his wife, Barbara Davidson-Shook; his daughters, Dana Bader (Michael Lertch) and Stephanie DiDomenico (Matthew); and was PBear to grandchildren, Natalie and Matthew Jr. He also is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Lori and Jerry Reed, and their children, Courtney, Tiffany and Melanie; his sister-in-law, Robin Shook; his brother-in-law, Douglas Davidson (Loretta); several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, at Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton, N.J. Interment will follow in Columbus Cemetery, 24 Cherry St., Columbus, N.J.

Relatives and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
