Charles Norman "Chuck" Costilow, 72, of St. Albans, WV was the son of Charles U and Erma Powers Costilow. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Glenda Mae Blackburn, and his first wife, Rose Costilow. Chuck was a 1964 graduate of St. Albans High School. He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps, having served a tour in Vietnam. He was retired from Bell Atlantic and served on the board of TEROC. Chuck was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He loved camping, fishing and helping Linda with the Coal River Group. He is survived by his wife, Linda Hammar Costilow, and daughters, Teresa and Lisa.
