Frank (John Franklin) Anderson was born in Charleston, WV, on August 9, 1944, and died in Lexington on August 24, 2017. He was the son of the late Marvin A. and Mary Clay Anderson. He retired from the Lexington-Herald after 42 years as a photographer. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Farris Anderson; his daughter, Jennifer Anderson; his son, Brian (Lori) Anderson; five grandchildren, Nicolas, Jaden, Cameron, Jacob and Kaylee Anderson; his brother Tommy (Bonnie) Anderson; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 2:30 p.m.
