Stephen Audrey Bolon
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon, Aug. 15 at 2:00 P.M. in the Patterson Funeral Home for Stephen Andrew Bolon, 71. He was employed as station agent at Edwards, Ill., for 12 years, and died in the Elm Haven Hospital where he had been a patient a month.
Mr. Bolin was born Dec. 8, 1883 in Fulton County and was married to Miss Mabel Mings who preceded him in death. He was employed the greater part of his life by the railroad and had been ill a year.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Vice of Peoria and Mrs. Mae Alexander of Rock Island and a brother, Otis Bolon in California. He was buried in the Prairie city cemetery.
