Born March 6, 1933 in Iowa City, Iowa, daughter of Erwin Laverne Collins and Estelle Mae Dague. Lived 21 years in Rockford, coming here from Iowa. Married to Arthur L. Lee in Iowa, January 1, 1964. Employed as an assembler at Nylint Corp. for the past six years. Survivors include her husband, Arthur; three daughters, Donna Fulrath, Rose Etta Neal and Tina Sue Lee, and two sons, Eugene Neal Jr. and Henry Neal, all of Rockford; her mother and stepfather, Esther and Ray Hunt, Marion, Iowa; six brothers, Paul and Donald, in California; Leo, Maquoketa, Iowa; Ronald, Bernard, Iowa; Kenneth, in Arkansas; and Gerald, Sioux City, Iowa; three sisters, Patricia Nelson, Esther Collins, and Linda Collins, all of California; two granddaughters, Veronica Fulrath and Misty Neal; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father and two brothers, Milton and Jack. Services at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 18 in Julian-Poorman Funeral Home, 304 N. 5th Street, with the Rev. Harold Reemisma, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial in Willwood Burial Park. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
