Mr. Robert Wade Chandler, 85 of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Life Care Center in Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted 3PM on Thursday, August 17, 2017 in the Dilday-Carter Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Larry DePriest and Brother Rufus Chandler officiating. Burial to follow in the Humbles Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Chandler was born on August 11, 1932 in Carroll County to the late John Ernest and Eva Elizabeth Woodard Chandler. He was a retired farmer and a member of Tate’s Pentecostal Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by: brothers, Alfred Chandler, Benard Chandler, Weldon Chandler, and Floyd Chandler; and a sister, Leachel Jordan.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends at Life Care.

Pallbearers to serve will be: Larry DePriest, Timothy Jordan, Guy Jordan, Levi Jordan, Johnny Abbott, and John Abbott. Honorary Pallbearers are Billy DePriest, Rufus Chandler, and Bob Chandler.
