CT loved the Lord, Jenky, Katie (his beloved pet), his family and social gatherings. He enjoyed shagging at the beach and a good conversation. CT was never at a loss for words and never met a stranger. He established Brooks Sandwich House in 1973, reaching his dream of creating the "World's Best Burger and Hotdog." CT was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Teal and Carrie Honeycutt Brooks, his sisters, Ruth Reynolds, Faye Purl, Bryte Faggart, Elaine Mills, Louise McDaniel and Frances Summerell, and brothers, Bill, Bob and Buck Brooks.
