Summary
After a lingering illness Eugene E. Caster died last Saturday at the home of his mother, Mrs. Jennie Caster in north Albany.
Aged 35Y, 11M, 13D, born in Gentry Co. and lived here his entire life.
A genial, industrious young man, known to nearly all citizens of Albany and surrounding territory. He had been in failing health for 2 years and confined to bed the last few weeks, "sinking under the ravages of the great White Scourge".
He leaves his widowed mother; 2 sisters, Mrs. A. P. Osborn of Kansas City, MO, Miss Bessie Caster; 1 brother, Lawrence Caster. "Gene" was the 4th son Mrs. Caster had buried in the last 6 years.
Services were conducted last Sunday at the home, interment in Highland Cemetery.
