Obituary
Paul E Addington Sr., 97, of Canton passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017. He was born May 4, 1920 in Santoy, Ohio to the late Clyde and Laura Addington.

Paul proudly served in the U.S Army Air Corp during WWII as a machine gunner on a B24 for five years. He retired from the Ford Motor Company in 1979. Paul was a member of Christ the Servant Parish and the Canton Knights of Columbus 4th degree.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ann and numerous brothers and sisters.

Paul is survived by his five children, Paul E Addington Jr., Dusty (Karen) Addington, Pam (Tim) Bailey, Diane (Bill) Bracken and Dave (Carol) Addington; 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff at the Canton Christian Home for all of their love and support.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel, 801 Pittsburg Ave. NW North Canton, Ohio 44720 from 5pm to 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Christ the Servant Parish, 833 39th St. NW Canton, Ohio 44709 at 10:00am with Rev. Msgr. Lewis F. Gaetano, celebrant. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery.
