Following her graduation from what is now Southern Nazarene University she had a long career in education, teaching in both Oklahoma and Texas.
Husband, Bill Reddell, parents Ed and Xenia Askew, sisters, Mabel and Edith, and brothers, Lee, Charlie, and Archie preceded her in death.
She is survived by two step children, five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
