Betty, 61, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 10, 2017, in the Rapides Regional Medical Center of Alexandria. She was born April 8, 1956 in Elizabeth to John Wesley Cain and Frances (Johnson) Friday.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are: her husband, Arty Johnson of Oakdale; one son, Will Radford III of Leesville; one daughter, Helen Radford of Baton Rouge; two grandchildren; four brothers, Earnest Cain of Pitkin; Robert Truman Friday of Elizabeth, Wilton Dean "Pappy" Friday, Jr. of Ten Mile, and Tracy Friday of Ohio; three sisters, Shirley Ann Cain of Union Hill, Delia Lou Thornhill of Union Hill, and Deborah Kaye Maricle of Cherriwinchie; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Pallbearers to serve will be Tristan Mahaffey, Heath Mahaffey, Stephen Gill, Trampus Maricle, Brent Thornhill, Korby Friday, Kolby Friday, and Kelby Friday.
Honorary pallbearers to serve will be Bruce Maricle, Truman Friday, and Thomas Thornhill.
Visitation will be held in the White Oaks Memorial Chapel, Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 5 p.m. until time of service on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the chapel.
