Peggy Marie Corbin, 74, of 350 Dovel Hollow Rd., Stanley, died on Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, at the Life Care Center of New Market.

She was born on July 29, 1943, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Clarence Matthew Good and Mary Marie Good.

Mrs. Corbin was a 1960 graduate of Shenandoah High School and had worked as a secretary for Shenandoah National Park for 25 years.

On March 16, 1963, she married Orea Mitchell Corbin, who died on Jan. 4, 2016.

She is survived by two sons, Brad Matthew Corbin of Westmoreland, Tenn., and Josh Amon Corbin and wife Stacy of Stanley; a sister, Bonnie Elaine Blosser and husband Page of Stanley; two brothers, Ronnie Mathew Good and wife Elizabeth, and Charles MacDonald Good, all of Stanley; three grandchildren, Barrett Corbin of Tulsa, Okla., and Laney Elizabeth Corbin and Jacob David Corbin, both of Stanley.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 10, at the Calvary Independent Brethren Church by the Rev. Charles Turner. Burial will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Luray.
