After a long and fierce battle, Patricia Ann " Patty" Daily, 54, formerly of Seminole Avenue, Corry, Pa., died Monday, July 31, 2017, at UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa. She was born on March 7, 1963, a daughter of the late Robert and Catherine Williams Daily. Patty was born, raised and educated in Marlton, New Jersey; later she graduated from Cherokee High School. She then enlisted in the United States Army, serving for three years. Following her honorable discharge, she returned to the Marlton area to raise her daughters until moving to Corry in 1998. Patty loved listening to music and playing the guitar; music was life to her. She liked crocheting and knitting and being on her computer to keep in touch with loved ones and play her games. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and especially being a devoted "Nana."
In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Craft.
Patty is survived by two daughters, Rebecca White and her husband, Terry Jr., and Cassandra Daily, both of Corry, Pa.; and by six brothers, Bob Daily and his wife, Barb, of Gloucester City, New Jersey, John Daily of Haddon Heights, New Jersey, Kevin Grant and his wife, Angel, of Ludington, Michigan,William Daily and his wife, Jackie, of Somers Point, New Jersey, Delbert Daily and his wife, Leigh Anne Scott, of Lake County, Florida, and Robert Daily and his wife, Holley, of Lake County, Florida. Also surviving are six grandchildren, countless aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Patty will be taken home to New Jersey to be laid to rest with her mother, where she will forever remain a Jersey girl.
There will be no calling hours held.
A service and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017, in Wenonah, New Jersey.
Burial will be held on Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017, at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Gibbsboro, New Jersey.
