Darold Webb Smith CWO USCG (Retired)
Darold Smith passed away peacefully after a long illness on June 24, 2017, with his wife Polly by his side. Darold was born on August 14, 1937 in Bellingham, WA, growing up in the area until enlisting in the Navy at the age of seventeen. His military career spanned twenty years serving both in the United States Navy and two tours of duty in Vietnam with the United States Coast Guard from which he retired honorably in 1974.
Following his military career, Darold worked in the automobile industry managing dealerships in the greater Puget Sound area until starting his own company, P&D Auto Brokers that he ran with great pride and success until the time of his passing.
Darold was predeceased by his beloved daughter Gail Smith, brother Danny Smith and sister Donna Noll.
