Frank was the son of Charles H Stubbs & Prudence Jane Wright

I have been told that Frank only had one arm but. Don't know how he might have lost it. Frank was never married.

Notes: THE DETROIT NEWS-HERALD, 20 Jan 1949 from microfilm in Clarksville Library: 'Frank B. Stubbs, who would have been 77 this week, died Saturday about 2:30 P.M. at the home of Amon Little on Route 1, where he made his home. Mr. Stubbs had been crippled since he was a small child and lived in this section since childhood. Services were conducted at the First Christian Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock followed with burial at Red Oak. Surviving are a half brother, J. T. Davis, Arizona; a step-brother, George Davis, Enloe; two step-sisters, Mrs. W. T. Furgerson, Deport and Mrs. R. G. Burris, Clinton, Okla.' *next to Prudence Jane Davis. *THE CLARKSVILLE TIMES, 21 Jan 1949 has birth in LA on 18 Jan 1873, retired Detroit farmer, died at the residence of Amon Little and was buried in Detroit.

According to Clarksville, Red River County, TX Criminal Court Records on January 8, 1928 Frank was charged for manufacturing and sale of intoxicating liquor on are about December 30, 1927. In January 1928 he plead guilty and was sentenced to one year in the State Penitentiary.
