Nettie was the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Domino) DiBiase. She was married twice. Her first husband, Samuel Colapinto, died after being married to Nettie for over 30 years. Nettie remarried the 2nd time and was on a cruise (honeymoon) when her new husband (Nicholas Polini) died on the ship in 1983. Nettie took back her first married name and had no children. Nettie was the only sibling with very light hair and blue eyes.

Nettie's birth name was Maria Antonia DiBiase. She was the 7th child out of 14 born in this large family.

Nettie was a beautiful soul inside and out. She will be deeply missed by family and friends.
