Mr. Lorsch, of Kennard, Dies

Farmed At Fort Calhoun Until 1947; Dies In An Omaha Hospital

John C. Lorsch, 62, of Kennard died last Thursday in Immanuel Hospital in Omaha

He retired from farming in the Fort Calhoun area in 1947 and had been ill a year. Sievers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Services were Sunday at Kennard Methodist Church. Burial was in Blair Cemetery.**

Mr. Lorsch is survived by his wife, Minnie; and son, John R. Lorsch of Kennard; two daughters, Mrs. William Jackson (Dorothy) of California and Ms. Hanna Mommsen (Eleanor) of Bennington; and by three grandchildren. There are four surviving brothers, Louis, Carl and Fritz Lorsch, all of Blair, and William Lorsch of Omaha; and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Klassen of Fort Calhoun and Mrs. Emma Wollesen of Raymond, Wash.
