Lindsay – Nadyne Morgan Cranston, 77 of Lindsay, died of pneumonia Monday at a Lindsay hospital.
She was born and reared in Exeter, attended Exeter schools, and was graduated from Exeter High School in 1930. She attended Fresno State College and at that time worked as a receptionist for a Fresno doctor.
She married James Clark Cranston in 1935 in Visalia.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lindsay and served as president of their Relief Society for eight years. She was also a member of the Lindsay Garden Club.
I addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, B.J. Barron of San Francisco and Louise Baird of Fresno; two sisters, Caryl Conrad of Sanger and Annabelle Campbell of Lindsay; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lindsay with burial at Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery. Friends may call 1-8 p.m. today at Webb-Sanders Funeral Home.
