JACK OLLERENSHAW

Funeral for Jack R.H. Ollerenshaw, who died at his NE Portland home Monday, will be at 1 pm Friday in Faith Lutheran Church. Entombment will be in Rose City Cemetery mausoleum.
Mr. Ollerenshaw, who was 72, was executive vice president and general manager of Rose City Cemetery, where he had worked since 1936. Before that, he worked for Swender Blue Print Co., and Oregon Title and Trust.
Born in St. Paul, Minn., he had lived in the Portland area for 59 years.
He was past master of Willamette Masonic Lodge 2, a life member of Elks Club 142, a charter member and past president of the Roseway Lions Club, past president of the American Cremation Association and the Oregon Interment Association and a member of the Hoodview Amateur Radio Club.
A Royal Rosarian, he was a member of the Portland Rose Society and president of the Eastside Breakfast Club.
Surviving are his wife, Violet; daughter, Sue Doctor of Portland; sons, Jay and Jon, both of Portland; brother Ted of Cornelius; sister Marion Murray of Stanwood, Wash.; and seven grandchildren.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Blaine T.L. Ollerenshaw Memorial Fund at Emanuel Hospital, the Boys and Girls Aid Society of Oregon or the Oregon Lions Eye Bank.
