Billie was born on 27 Dec 1939 to William Osborne, Jr. and Margaret Lorene Neil in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona. Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas G. Johnson; son, Daniel Johnson; and mother, Margaret Pate.
Survivors: Her loving sons, Joe Johnson and wife, Cheryl, and Don Johnson and wife, Lee; grandchildren, Beth Coughenour and husband, Greg, Michael Johnson and wife, Lisa, Danielle Johnson and Sean Johnson; five great-grandchildren; brother, Bucky Osborne; and many loving family members and friends.
