He was born Nov. 21, 1933, in Toulon, Ill., and married Patrica Boostrom in Galesburg. They were divorced.
Surviving are three sons, Micky, Jay and Todd, and two daughters, Dawn and Debbie, all of Davenport, Iowa; and a grandchild.
Mr. Patty was employed as a bartender and served in the military service during the Korean Conflict.
Graveside service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Constant Johnson will officiate. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation.
