She is survived by a nephew, Nicholas Johnson, Marion, KY; a niece, Sara Lowther, Marion, IL; two great nieces and one great nephew.
Ms. Conrad was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Shirley Turner Conrad.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 1 P.M. at Myers Funeral Home, Marion, KY with burial in Mapleview Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from Noon until funeral time at 1 P.M. Thursday at Myers Funeral Home.
