Jack was born in Yuma, Colorado on June 22, 1926, a son of the late Angie Belle (Helton) and Earl Hensley. Jack worked as a farmer/rancher. He was of the Baptist faith. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Helen Hensley; 8 brothers, 3 sisters. Service at The Bob Waldrop Memorial Chapel, Wilburton, Oklahoma, at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017 with Rev. Willard Francis officiating. Interment to follow at the Lutie Cemetery, Wilburton, Oklahoma.
