She was a member of Shenandoah Baptist Church. Mrs. Lynch formerly worked with C & P Telephone Company and later retired from the S & S Cafeteria.
She was the widow Paul H. Lynch.
Surviving are two daughters, Teresa L. Ratliff and Jennifer L. Lynch, of Roanoke; four grandchildren, Jeremy P. Ratliff, Jordan E. Lynch, Jared Z. Howell, Joshua C. Lynch; a sister, Hazel P. Taylor, Phoenix, Va.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 20, 1997 from Oakey's North Chapel. Dr. Robert L. Alderman and the Rev. Albin Crutchfield will officiate. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Oakey's North Chapel.
