Lina Berta Schleicher was born Dec.25, 1921 the oldest to Johann Karl and Lina Katherina "Greta" (Knuettel) Schleicher.
She grew up in Rengersfeld and Doerrenhof, Hessen, Germany.
She married Johann Mildenberger August 24, 1954 in Gersfeld, Hessen, Germany and had two daughters, Heidi Rosemarie and Carmen Marlies.
She was an active Red Cross Member for 40 years and worked in the local Hospital in Gersfeld for 20 years as a nurse.
She worked hard raising us while working full-time and retired from nursing in the late 70's.
She remained active with grand-children and traveling.
Tragically she passed on March 10, 1996 due to a severe brain hemorrhage during the night.
She was a hard working person and a dedicated mother.
I miss you mother and will see you soon.
