On Friday, Dec. 4, 1914, occurred the death of Mr. Conrad Weiler, aged 65 years, 11 months and 4 days,as the result of Bright's disease.
He was the oldest child of Conrad Weiler and Elizabeth Shafer and was born in Germany, Dec. 29, 1848. He came to this country with his parents when 12 years old. On Oct. 6, 1872, he was united in marriage to Miss Amanda Zimmer, who survives him with five children, Benjamin, John, Libbie, Clarence and Frank, he also leaves an aged father, Conrad Weiler of Mayville, Mich., five brothers, George, Philip, Adam, Henry and William, all of Mayville, two sisters, Mrs. Anna Blackmore of Mayville and Mrs. Mary Richards of Lansing. One brother, Leonard, preceded him in death 3 years ago. Burial took place in Fillmore cemetery on Sunday with services preceding conducted by Rev. R. W. Copeland.
