Harvey Belton Lowe, 72, of Prince George County, died Wednesday, January 14, 2004 in Henrico Doctors Hospital. He was a native of Ellenton, South Carolina and was the son of the late Sam Sr. and Josephine Stallings Lowe. He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Boughton Lowe. Mr. Lowe was a U.S. Navy Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict and was the retired owner of Lowe Electronics, Inc. in Ettrick. He was Past Master of Blandford Masonic Lodge No. 3 AF & AM. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mark T. and Becky L. Lowe of Carson; three daughters and sons-in-law, Debra L. Pizzullo of Dinwiddie, Katrina L. and Waverly E. Smith of Dinwiddie, and Kelli L. and Warren Armstrong Jr. of Carson; a brother, Sam Lowe Jr. of South Carolina; five grandchildren, Clint Browder, Chris Pizzullo, Chrissy and Mandy Lowe, and Audrey Armstrong. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, January 17, 2004 at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church, 301 South Boulevard, Petersburg with the Rev. Ronald Hopkins officiating. Masonic Rites will take place Friday evening at 7 p.m. followed by family visitation at the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home & Crematory, 3935 South Crater Road.
