Deborah K. (Debbie) Cecil, 56, passed away February 11, 2015, in Kansas. Born in Scott County, June 26, 1958, she was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie E. and Pearl H. Cecil; sister, Denada Pullium; brothers, Gordon E. Cecil, and infant, Lowell Cecil; and brother-in-law, Ronnie Inman. She lived most of her life in Scott County, and was a graduate of Scott High School. She is remembered for her tender heart and intelligent wit, and was endeared to many.
She is survived by her daughter, Eden Nichole Guillen of Knoxville; siblings: James E. Cecil, Suzie Montgomery, and Devona Deese, all of Robbins, Duretta Inman of Fla., and Delinda Gautney of Ala.; and other relatives: Florence Cecil of Ind., Robert Gautney of Ala.; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many other relatives.
