Flossie Ivy Arnold, age 16, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Wednesday, July 27, 1938.

She was born August 23, 1921 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the daughter of William Ambrose and Alta Mae (Tate) Arnold.

She was a member of White Chapel Assembly of God Church.

She was a Girl Scout.

She is survived by her parents; brother, Curtis William Arnold; and sister, Roberta B. Arnold.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00, Friday, July 29, 1938 at Moore's Chapel Funeral Home officiated by Rev. J.B. Hosier and Ralph Porter.

Burial will be in Combs Chapel Cemetery, SE of Fayetteville.

The 1920 U.S. Census has the family in Adams Creek Township (Broken Arrow P.O.) of Wagoner County, Oklahoma.
In 1930 they were on South College Avenue in Fayetteville.
1935 still in Fayetteville.
1938, address on South College in Fayetteville.
In 1940 her parents were in Mayes County, Oklahoma.
The grave is unmarked, and the location is unknown, but is possibly near the marked grave of her aunt, Ella R. (Howe) Tate 1875-1910, (the 2nd wife of Francis Edgar Tate, her mother's brother).
