Ann Welshans, 80, passed away Monday, November 13, 2006 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born in Loganton, PA and had been a Valley resident the past 54 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Vaughn. Survivors include her daughters Cheryl (Greg) Reed and Debbie (Rick) Welshans, son Greg (Linda) Welshans, sister Grace (the late Fred) Huff, 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Thursday, Nov. 16 at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
