Mary B. Ishler December 1, 1918 June 23, 2017 Mary B. Ishler, 98, of Bellefonte, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017, at Wynwood House in Centre Hall. Born on December 1, 1918, in State College, she was the daughter of the late George and Catherine (Davis) Rudy. On November 28, 1936, she married Dean Ishler, Sr., who preceded her in death in 2001. She was a 1935 graduate of State College High School. Mary was a homemaker and a member of Greater Buffalo Run Valley United Methodist Church. She is survived by three sons; Dean W. Ishler Jr. (Janet) of Bellefonte, Barry Ishler (Bonnie) of Bellefonte, W. John Ishler (Carol) of Harrisonburg, VA, son-in-law, Drew Smith of Bellefonte, eleven grandchildren; Mary, Jeffrey, Douglas, Brian H., Patrick, Chad, Barbara, Sonia, Kharyn, Khayla and Kheana. Also surviving are fourteen great-grandchildren, seventeen great-great-grandchildren and one great-great-great-grandchild. Mary was the last of her generation, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Debra Smith, five sisters and five brothers. There will be a public viewing held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, from 10:00am until 11:00am at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am at the funeral home with Reverend Calvin Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Meyer Cemetery, Bellefonte.
