Johnie Martin Baldwin was born July 18, 1908 in Omaha, Nebraska. His father was J.M. Baldwin, born South Dakota, and his mother was Mary Ballard, born Parsons, Kansas. He lived in Arizona and the Prescott community 4 years. His residence was 717 Butte Street, Prescott, Arizona. He was married, name of spouse: Martha Baldwin, age 24 years. His occupation was heavy equipment oiler with a road contractor. At the time of his death he was age 32 years, 13 days. Cause of death: head and body injuries for automobile accident on Highway 89, near Prescott; car left highway and overturned. The Informant for the Certificate was Henry H. Baldwin, Prescott, Arizona. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery on August 6, 1940.
