Rites held Monday For Mrs. Ocra Baker
Mrs. Ocra Faye Baker, 69, widow of Floyd H. Baker and a lifetime resident of Mountain Home, died last Saturday in a local hospital.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the First Methodist church with Rev. Benjamin C. Few and Rev. W. Maurice Lanier officiating. Interment was in the Mountain Home Cemetery, under the direction of McClure Service.
Mrs. Baker was born at Mountain Home on May 30, 1894, and was the daughter of the late Robert Adams and Nannie Walker Adams. She was a member of the Mountain Home First Methodist Church and was active in church work. Her husband, Floyd H. Baker, preceded her in death on April 21, 1955.
Survivors include two sons, Robert F. Baker and Rex Baker, both of Mountain Home; a daughter, Mrs. June Bergstrom of Orange, Calif.; seven grandchildren; two brothers, John Q. Adams of Pasadena, Calif. and Wyth Adams of Gassville, and two sisters, Mrs. Blanche Brooks of Oildale, Calif. and Mrs. Lena Houghland of Pamona, Kans.
Pallbearers were Hugh A. Hackler, H. E. Smyth, Andrew Hulsey, B. M. Huddleston, Rex Dilbeck and I. T. Rhein.
